A mild puree made  by the tender heart of the best artichokes of the Mastrotaro estate cultivated with passion, love and dedition, in the hot sun of Apulia.

The inebriabing mell that emanates opening the jar is an “ Invitation”.

The delicious taste of bruschetta, crostini and bread seasoned with Mastrototaro Food artichoke patè, made from adding extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of mint, make starters special. Closing the jar before the patè is finished will be a hard challenge.

Artichokes 58%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, parsley, salt, garlic, mint, acidity corrector: lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
